In 1983, Peter Aurenz founded the Aurenz GmbH that specializes in software solutions for the telecommunication/IT branch. His company has proven very successful, with over 24,000 satisfied customers. Peter is the inventor and brain behind aJames.

Helmut Lohrmann is founder and equity partner of the Stuttgart-based law firm Lohrmann Riehle Lätsch Durach & Kollegen. With over 20 years as a CPA and tax advisor, he is the head of the tax and auditing department.
 
Dr. Wolfgang Durach is also an equity partner of the Stuttgart-based law firm Lohrmann Riehle Lätsch Durach & Kollegen. With over 10 years of experience in advising high-tech companies as an attorney, he is the head of the legal department.
